Our Kindergarten students are practicing important mouse and keyboard skills and will soon be learning how to log on/off our school network using classroom user names and passwords.

First Grade students are wrapping up work on the four seasons in conjunction with the science curriculum work in their classrooms.  They are continuing to practice navigating the school network as they practice important mouse and keyboard skills.

Second Grade Botanists have been learning about the plant cycle.  They have also been using the Type To Learn Jr. program to learn to better navigate the keyboard.  They have done so well that they will be graduating to the Type to Learn 3 program shortly!

Third Graders have been doing interactive work on the Promethean Board as they learn about rocks, minerals and the rock cycle in conjunction with their classroom investigations.

Fourth Graders are using the formatting skills they have practiced to create a Word document detailing what they have learned in their Motion and Design science unit.  Completed essays will be given to their teachers.

Fifth Grade students are wrapping up presentations of their “About Me” PowerPoint slide shows.  They are continuing to work on keyboard skills to ensure that they are prepared for the challenges of middle school.  Work on their yearbook write-ups will begin shortly.
